Concept
The Miracles of the Namiya General Store is a story written by Higashino Keigo, a Japanese Writer.
The owner of the Namiya General Store offered counsel to his correspondents in the 1980s. Twenty years later, three young men break into the abandoned general shop by accident and receive the letters written by the people from 1980. How would their reply change someone’s life? Will they be able to change something that meant to happen?
The concept of this title sequence is to create an atmosphere of nostalgia and the flow of time. I use illustrations with simple pencil strokes to convey the feeling of handwriting.
