Intro
I'm very honored to be invited to create a motion design piece for one of the GitHub: Meet the LT series. I designed and animated the interview of Dawn Beatty – GitHub’s Chief Human Resources Officer.
Here is the compilation edit of the animated clips I created for the series.
Dawn's interview is focused on the idea of inclusion and humanity. She imagined she would be an attorney when she was a child, but she eventually became a chief HR officer in the tech industry. One thing she mentioned is crucial as an HR officer, is to know the business and get in tune with what people need. As a woman of color, she also found that GitHub has an inclusive environment that makes her more open than she thought.
